We are a print on demand company who prints every shirt to order from a blank. We have a small window (could be 2 hours depending on the time of the order) after the order is placed to make changes or cancel the order. Once the order is on the production floor there is no way to modify or cancel the order as these are considered custom made orders. 

If you place an order and notice a mistake, immediately contact us at Support@21threads.com and we can put the order in hold status and make the changes. If you do not contact us within a timely manner (could be 2 hours depending on the time of the order) to make any changes or cancel, your order will be processed as placed. Please confirm the information in your order before finalizing it.
